Jewkes Design is a residential architecture firm working with custom home builders and clients primarily in Utah. We design beautiful homes while focusing on the client experience. Jewkes Design is seeking a full-time project manager/designer to work in our Provo, Center Street office, where you’ll be involved in every phase of the design process.

• Model homes from scratch and make changes as needed to each design.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure that clients’ requests and changes are being performed.
• Research codes, HOA and city requirements for current projects.
• General knowledge of construction processes, codes, and requirements.
• Meet with clients in person or virtually to facilitate every aspect of the project.
• Review the construction documents created by drafters to ensure Jewkes Design standards are met.
• 5+ years of experience in Architectural drafting/design
• Software requirements: Revit & Bluebeam
• Licensed Architect or pursuing licensure a bonus
• Foster relationships with builders and clients

Jewkes Design is seeking a full-time construction detailer / architectural technician to work in our Provo, Center Street office, where you’ll be involved in every phase of the design process.

• Create custom architectural details together with the architecture team, interior designers, and contractors we work with.
• Add ‘stock’ details to home plans to match the client’s style and needs.
• Manage the firm’s library of details; adding new ones as needed.
• Research codes, styles, and precedent to ensure our plans are meeting both the clients’ needs and local building codes.
• General knowledge of construction processes, codes, and requirements.
• Review models and designs before they are finalized to ensure company standards are met.
• Manage the firm’s Revit template. This includes a library of model families and graphical standards.
• Software requirements: Revit & Bluebeam
• Foster relationships with builders and clients

• Coordinate with project managers to ensure that clients’ requests and changes are being performed.
• Research codes, HOA and city requirements for current projects.
• Assist the project manager in managing projects and workloads.
• General knowledge of construction processes, codes, and requirements.
• Meet with clients in person or virtually to facilitate every aspect of the project.
• Prepare models for Virtual Reality walkthroughs.
• Review the construction documents created by drafters to ensure Jewkes Design standards are met.
• 1-3 years of experience in Architectural drafting/design
• Software requirements: Revit, Bluebeam, and Lumion
• Detail, goal & process oriented

• Develop working construction documents using the designs created by the project manager.
• Create plans for custom homes, additions, and remodels.
• Research codes, HOA and city requirements for current projects.
• Read and understand construction documents, including architectural and engineering plan sets.
• General knowledge of construction processes, codes, and requirements.
• Working towards a degree in Construction Management, Drafting, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
• Any experience with Revit is a plus - we anticipate training regardless.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam, Lumion, or other software is a plus.
• Detail and goal oriented
